Children and Cell Phones:   Children 13 years and older, when accompanied by adults, are welcome when receiving services.  FOR YOUR SAFETY AND MINE I ask that cell phones and pagers be inactive when inside the treatment room.

Payment:   Due at time of service. CASH or CHECK and major credit card, some fees may apply.
