Children and Cell Phones:   Children 13 years and older, when accompanied by adults, are welcome when receiving services.  FOR YOUR SAFETY AND MINE I ask that cell phones and pagers be inactive when inside the treatment room.

Gift Certificates:   Available in Office or online under our Products menu.

Payment:   Due at time of service. CASH or CHECK only as we do not take credit cards at this time.

Cancellation Policy:   I graciously ask that cancellations be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, as someone else may be interested in your appointment time.
